Upshur St Holdings

Upshur St. Holdings is a mixed use, five unit building that was fully designed and renovated over an 18 month period. Previously a restaurant and one rental dwelling, the development blew the rear of the building back an additional 20' and up an additional two levels with a rooftop deck and penthouse. The final structure includes a commercial tenant on the first floor, roughly 1,500 sq. ft. and then two, two bed, one bathroom residential units on each the second and third floors, for four total residential units. This conversion fully maximized the highest and best use of the building, quadrupling the value of the property and stabilizing at an impressive margin. This project was completed in the Spring of 2020.
