District Line Development is a real estate development firm based in the D.C Metro area. Founded by two brothers with experience as a real estate agent and a general contractor, District Line leverages expertise at all phases of the real estate life cycle. Established in 2019, the firm focuses on the acquisition, design, and redevelopment of small to mid-sized multi-family, condo, and single-family properties in the prime neighborhoods of Washington, DC, and the surrounding metro area.
