217 Farragut

217 Farragut marks the first DLD project in the history books. It is located in Petworth, NW DC. This single family row home was renovated from top to bottom within the existing structure. This was a pivotal point in the DLD history as the idea of forced appreciation and equity building through development was born for DLD. Breaking nearly even on this project paved the way for the countless lessons learned and profits for the initial buyer a year later when they sold without making any updates. This project was completed Spring 2014.
