Park Webster

Park Webster is another two unit condominium conversion from an existing single family row home in Petworth, NW DC. Not having been updated since the 70s, this home was torn to studs and expanded with a rear addition and third floor addition plus a massive rooftop deck. The upper unit in this project flaunts 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nearing 1,600 sq. ft and also has a private terrace off the master. The lower unit has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, with a large deck, nice rear yard, and garage. The contemporary, modern style (materials such as metal and dark color schemes) was used in combination with the classic DC row home architecture to coincide with the community but acknowledge the evolution of the property. This project was completed in Winter 2020.
