451 Delafield was a single family home renovation similar to 217 Farragut in Petworth, NW DC. This single family row home was renovated from top to bottom within the existing structure. DLD added an additional bathroom to the second floor to make it three bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, fully opening up the first level to seamlessly flow through the kitchen/living/dining as well as a half bathroom, and then updated the basement to add a legal bedroom and full bathroom. The overall sq. ft. is roughly 1,900 and was completed in Spring of 2018.
