Park Randolph Condominiums

Park Randolph is a beautiful example of the progress and experience District Line has accumulated over previous projects. Purchased a single family Row home, it was transformed into a large two unit luxury condominium building. The foundation was expanded along with a rear addition and third floor plus rooftop deck addition. The lower level condominium is one floor, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a separate side entrance and roughly 1,050 sq. ft. The upper unit is a three floor masterpiece. In total it is 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 3,200 sq. ft with an ensuite unit incorporated. This marked one of the first times District Line Development began using reclaimed materials from the initial structure and re-used in their finished build. This structure is an end unit, has a spacious side yard as well as private parking pad and garage for two cars. This project was completed in Spring 2020.
