Park Penn Condominiums

The Park Penn Development is located on a picturesque block of Capitol Hill in SE, D.C. This previous single family row home was converted into two luxury condominiums digging out a basement and adding a 3rd floor plus a gorgeous rooftop deck. Comprised of two, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom condominiums, each was roughly 1,400 sq. ft. and displayed a new set of finishes for District Line Development. The more traditional architectural style and sourcing of modern materials to fit the classic look is another feat of this specific development. This project was completed in the Spring of 2019.
