Park Nelson Condominiums

Park Nelson Town homes are the first ground-up development in South Arlington for District Line Development. The previous single family home, located in South Arlington was completely demolished and over a full month of excavation and site work was completed to get the grounds prepared for the new building footprint, three massive luxury town homes. This marks the single largest development for District Line Development and the outcome was magnificent. Each of the town homes is larger than the standard detached home in the area, sitting at roughly 3,250 sq. ft. per home. The modern finishes and contemporary exterior design is something of pure beauty! They are each 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bathrooms with an internal garage, rooftop patio, and rear patio. They also have individual private driveways, allowing two cars to park on the parking pad. This development had more space to play with than the traditional model (condominium conversions in the District) but allowed to showcase the scale (nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of finished space) that District Line Development is capable of completing.
