Park Ledroit Condominiums

Park Langdon and Park LeDroit are two semi-detached single-family properties in the lovely Ledroit Park just below Howard University. The unique limitation of the lot being 12' wide, challenged the way layouts and overall flow of the units would be structured but the outcome is something we are quite proud of: a total of four 1,400 square foot luxury condominiums. Each unit has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with private rootops (yes, all four)! Accentuating the uniqueness of this project is the use of open stair risers, scissor stairs, and two totally different designs that are tower style, not a traditional upper and lower level unit. This pocket of the city has become one of our favorites as it neighbors Shaw, Columbia Heights, and Bloomingdale. This Project was Completed Fall 2021. Scroll through the gallery below to see more!
