Park Irving Condominiums

Park Irving is the Big Brother to our newly completed developments of Park Langdon and Park LeDroit. This was previously a two bedroom, one and a half bathroom end unit Row home. It underwent a massive development, adding an additional 60' rear addition and two levels as well as a rooftop deck. The outcome is our favorite architecturally to date with some amazing features. The two luxury condominiums that we created were each two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, three floors, with private rooftop decks. The front unit had a private floating second level terrace off of the kitchen area with special glass tiles (that allow for heavy weight loads) that can be walked on to allow light into the kitchen area below for the second unit. The second unit has a beautiful rear yard area as well as parking pad. This development neighbors Monroe Park and offers the hustle and bustle of the city while maintaining the tranquility of the beautiful neighborhood garden and park.
