Park Girard Condominiums

Park Girard is a two-unit luxury condominium project nestled in the heart of Columbia Heights neighborhood of NW D.C. Previously a single family Row home, the lower level unit is three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with a private rear patio and screened in porch. The upper unit is a two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit with a massive private rooftop deck, (over 600 sq. ft.). Both units flaunt a luxurious open floor plan and top of the line finishes throughout. This was one of the first units that we created the Spa Style master bathroom with an internalized stand-alone bathtub, multiple waterfall shower head enclosure, lined with two glass panels.
