Cityside Gables

City Gables Condominiums is the first condominium conversion that DLD completed and is located in Columbia Heights, NW DC. The previous structure had no working utilities and a partially finished build, with tenants. After navigating the TOPA process, the project underwent a major overhaul, lowering the basement, building two additional levels, creating a rear 10' addition, and a beautiful rooftop deck. Comprised of two units, each unit's sq. ft. was roughly 1,250. The lower unit was three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, while the upper unit was two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. Both had open main floorplans with traditional style finishes and rooms. This was completed in Spring 2016.
